Payment Information
To secure your booking, a 25% deposit (non refundable) of the total cost of your table is required upon confirmation.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before your event is to take place.
Failure to meet these payment requirements may result in the cancellation of your event booking.
Events within 15 miles of Darlington are not required to pay for travel expenses.
Events further than this radius are subject to an additional charge for travel expenses based on number of miles + travel time.
